Orchestrating Change

“When the rate of change outside an organization is greater than the rate of change inside, the end is near.”  Jack Welch

Format: 1 hour keynote-3 hour training session

Change is inevitable. Leaders can be controlled by it, or orchestrate it. Be proactive, not simply reactive. Anticipate change, then adapt both personal and organizational behavior to meet the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities change presents. Become a change agent to survive the uncertainty and stress, capture the spirit of progress, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Change is an inevitable part of personal and organizational life. Organizations exist in a dynamic, open system. An ever changing environment impacts on the organization and, in turn, any variation in the organization will impact on its constituencies. All variables in the system are in a state of flux and if enterprises or individuals do not adapt, they will become obsolete.

Meeting the challenge of change takes flexible, strategic planning and mature implementation. A change agent is a leader within the organization who helps propel it into the future. Successful organizations that wish to remain viable and growing in the future must become proactive and action oriented. The pace of change makes it particularly critical for creative planning to be done. This presentation will give the audience insight into the process of change and how it can be successfully implemented in a sensitive, humanistic manner.
